Q+A: Eloise Jaksic on how to style Teva sandals for summer
How would you describe your style right now?
My current vibe is honestly similar to a gelato shop! All of the sorbet colours - light & bright for summer!
What is your favourite way to wear Teva sandals?
I love pairing them with linen co-ords & maxi dresses.
How do you elevate Teva sandals for an evening look?
I often wear them out to dinner. I love how they give my dressy midi or maxis a relaxed look.
Socks and sandals - is it a vibe?
It’s a vibe! I've been a fan for years! If you scroll back on my Insta you'll probably see several sock & sandal moments.
What is one summer trend that you are really excited about?
I love the 80’s vibe that is coming through, hence why I'm totally obsessed with the new season Original Universal- Ziggy and Retro Multi!
Talk us through your ultimate beach look?
First of all, I never go to the beach without Teva sandals. I love them because they really support your feet when you're walking on sand & rocks. My ultimate beach look is an easy, printed co-ord over my swimmers with a pair of Teva sandals, sunnies & a bucket hat. Perfect to go from beach to bar!
What 5 pieces from your wardrobe will you be wearing all summer?
- Teva sandals (I have a Teva tan already)
- Printed Co-Ords
- Comfy (and cool) midi dresses
- An anklet
- 70s + 80s style sunnies
Which style of Teva sandals will you be rocking this summer?
I just love all of the multi-coloured & printed styles. I have to keep up my Teva tan now!
What is the best piece of fashion advice you’ve ever received?
Believe in & follow trends, but don't necessarily buy into them every season. You'll be surprised what you already have in your wardrobe that you can upcycle & style a different way. It's so much better for the environment. That’s why I am such a big fan of Teva. I love that their iconic straps are made from millions of reborn plastic bottles, turning waste that pollutes the planet into my go to shoe!
